For all on-site services, cash payment is requested immediately after the service is provided. Telephone consultation and online support will be paid in advance by bank transfer.
In case of absence from an agreed appointment or cancellation of an appointment less than 4 working days in advance, the appointment is due in full amount and at the current fee rate and will be invoiced.
